hello ! i had a bot long ago that i used for a server with my friends but when the data was corrupted, i lost it and its premium subscription. i would like to know if that subscription is still active and if yes, please transfer the premium to the only bot i have on my account now. if not, i can just start the subscription again.
Some helpful info if you are having trouble with your Premium subscription:
In order for your Premium subscriptions to show up, you must have the exact same bot added to your Inventor account as the one you were subscribed on, and you must login to Inventor as the exact same user. There is a link on the Outage FAQ page to the self-serve customer portal, many people are finding this helpful to ensure they’ve got the right bot. Checking there can help you avoid needing a support ticket.
