Inventor re-renders the image on the client side to crop and remove EXIF metadata, meaning the size of the selected image is completely disconnected from the size of the uploaded image.
Try a smaller resolution image, 720p usually works well. I’ll update the UI text to remove the explicit file size limit as it is misleading, and start suggesting 720p or lower. I can look into if there’s a way to compress the re-rendered image, but I don’t think that’s something that can be done easily.
