UI Not Functioning

I’ve tried many ways to fix this but none worked.

Clear your cookies and cache and try again. When you clear cookies it should log you out, if it doesn’t then it didn’t work properly.

I’ve tried this. It does not fix the webpage.

Okay, given that we haven’t had anybody else with this issue that wasn’t able to solve it by clearing cache and cookies I’m not sure if this is a bug or not. There have been a few issues with cookies/cache and themes not having proper fallbacks (causing the unreadable text), but the issues should all have been resolved. Do you have any browser extensions installed that could be tampering with the styling?

I do not have any extensions installed.

This looks like an old version of Safari. It may not be compatible with modern CSS and JS features that Inventor depends on. What device is this running on and what version of iOS and Safari? Are any updates available?

iPhone 7 running on IOS 15.3.8, as there are no updates.

Sorry, we only officially support the most recent version of the major browsers (Chrome and Chromium-derivitives, Safari/Webkit, Firefox). Inventor relies on many modern browser features and APIs that are not available on older browsers, and we do not have the resources to maintain and regularly test multiple versions of the website for various old browsers.

Apple bundles Webkit/Safari updates alongside iOS, so there is no (official) way (at least that I am aware of) to update the Safari version on EOL devices. Apple also does not allow third-party browser vendors to provide non-Webkit-based browsers in the App Store, outside of EU/DMA. Therefore, an alternate browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) will likely not make a difference.

You will need to use Inventor on a newer device, or at the very least a device capable of running a new version of one of the 3 major browsers that we officially support. We apologize for the inconvenience.
