Specific custom block always loading

i was working on a custom block with lots of blocks, and i deleted an if statement, and then it seemed bugged so i reloaded the page, and now the page doesnt load.

every other flow works, ive tried going to other flows and back, and reloading, turning on and off my wifi, and tried a vpn

had to close the browser, and then open it

didnt have any other open inventor tabs
