so many people have been asking in support for questions that are shown in a tutorial, and when told to go watch a tutorial, they dont know where it is.
the suggestion is for new users which are on the prem trial to move the tutorial button above all other buttons with a separator.
it would save a lot of time for inventor staff, and users would be more satisfied with thier experience in inventor.
Moving it around in the menu sounds weird. Maybe just a banner at the top of the main dash screen.
they do not pay attention to it, thats why we get support requests like “why isnt my bot responding” when their premium trial ran out
but i kind of do agree, but i would instead maybe make it something like the “join discord banner” when youre not in the inventor server, with a button to dismiss it if they really want to, they wouldve hopefully noticed it saying something about tutorials
my new example:
Yeah, an onboarding “section” at the top of the sidebar for new bots with tutorials/library and the welcome page is planned, to show up for maybe the first week or so to align with the trial. There might also be something on there to indicate if the trial is in progress, to make that more clear to people. It will need a button to dismiss for everyone whose muscle memory will be destroyed by a layout shift.
