This has been suggested before and isn’t something that will be added because it can easily be made as a custom block, and is highly-opinionated. Both are things that are generally avoided for builtin blocks.
The parse colors block intentionally only supports a narrow set of colors because it is meant to normalize end user input of hex codes primarily, and supporting some additional common colors is just a nice to have.
