when looking at a error from a deleted flow, it shows the source as inventor runtime, which is incorrect, it should say something like “deleted component”
This was a deliberate trade-off in the design of the error system to save space. It wasn’t worth supporting it then and still isn’t worth updating the system for an edge case like this.
