For a big bot . Or even a small one a cooldown has to be a feature supported by inventor to prevent ( spams / limiting the bot by some users ) while it can be setup using Unix and databases etc . I think it should be an option next to the permissions and collab only tab
This is planned as a native feature, but isn’t high priority because it can easily be packaged into a custom block that you can just add to each flow you’d like to rate-limit/cooldown.
