In this case, there’s 17 rows but it displays 18, and it cuts off the rest. I’m assuming the cut off bit is 17, but I’m not sure.
I was able to delete the extra row without deleting the actual row 12, that worked, but I’m not sure why it existed in the first place.
Same happened to me, it seems like it creates a duplicate when you create your first ever Row

Closing due to inactivity, the switch to UUID based row id’s should have fixed this
