Database shows inaccurate row count

In this case, there’s 17 rows but it displays 18, and it cuts off the rest. I’m assuming the cut off bit is 17, but I’m not sure.

Update on this, there’s apparently two of the same row.

I was able to delete the extra row without deleting the actual row 12, that worked, but I’m not sure why it existed in the first place.
