It seems like whenever I create a flow, the triggers don’t show up unless I search for something or refresh the page.
This should be resolved with the next update, however it seems to be a caching issue that is somewhat difficult to reproduce and you may continue to run into the same problem. Please let me know here if you continue to see it.
