Allow the ability to make blocks different colors for organizational/whatever purposes.

To add on to this, the ability for flows to be changed to a different color and have a tally or mark appear on databases/global variables that either are modified in the flow or are accessible to the flow/ Bonus points for solid color for view, stripped for edit
I mean might as well let us color databases too
