In the image I try to set the status to “Playing” “with blocks” but it only changes it to “with blocks” - the “Playing” is completely ignored and defaults to whatever it was previously. I am not being rate limited, nor am I receiving any errors.
It does work, in the sense that the payload to change the status is sent to Discord. However, you will often need to restart the bot and/or set it from bot settings when changing the type of status. This is an issue with how Discord handles (or rather, often doesn’t properly handle) status changes and isn’t something we can resolve.
