Add language (French, Deutch…) for better accessibility. (I am french

Sadly i think this is too much effort to be added, especially since the current version of inventor is getting discontinued.
I am not a dev or staff member though so don’t take this as official.

We will not be localizing Inventor v1 or v2 to any languages other than English. This has been requested a number of times before, but there are significant expenses and technical challenges involved in doing so, and we are not going to offer a product in languages where we are unable to provide support.
