similiar to message cache, it would be useful to natively be able to detect who is in a voice channel, how many users are in a voice channel, etc.
currently users have to make thier own complicated systems to track users.
it would be awesome to track voice channel users natively like messages, along with extra blocks, like “get voice channel users count”, “get user voice channel state” and “users in a voice channel iterator”.
