Bulk Action Bar stuck

This is when I loaded the page, the cancel button doesn’t fix it.

Sidenote, I really wish that Windows let you crop screenshots right after you take them. Mac is better fr. Edit: I found the button, but mac is still better

i refreshed the page at the beggining to show that it wasnt just one time issue
