some users have asked when the library will release, when it is already released. i think it would be useful to show that its now actually available to users that might still think its not available. the tag could dissapear once they visit it.

I’ve been considering adding a popular plugins section to the dashboard. I think that’s a lot more useful (since it can stay around long-term) than a temporary label.
